Weekly Round-Up #17

I can't believe we are already in June! How fast is this year going? Time really does fly when you are having fun! This past week has been a pretty lazy one for me. After my sister left, I was so exhausted, I just couldn't find the energy to do much at all. Next weekend my friend and I are off to visit a very old friend in Philadelphia, so that will be a jam packed weekend! 
On Saturday we went to the farmers market at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. After leaving feeling very disappointed, we went for brunch (at another pretty disappointing place), and then bathed in the sun for a couple of hours in Prospect Park. In the evening, we went for drinks at Eataly (an Italian food market with many different restaurants and delicious Italian delicacies, with a rooftop bar). It wasn't a real rooftop, as most of it was enclosed with glass, but it's located in the Flat Iron District, so it was nice to have a wander there and see more of NYC. 
It rained on Sunday, and then it poured. The loudest thunder I've ever heard and crazy crazy rain. It's safe to say we had a very chilled Sunday on the sofa watching chick flicks and eating Sushi!
