The After Party
With the party season coming to an end, your skin is probably desperate for a little TLC. Alcohol, late nights and junk food is the recipe for dehydrated, unhealthy looking skin, which is why it is really important to give yourself a little pamper and get yourself feeling a little less drained. I have gathered my favourite pamper picks, which are perfect for some rejuvenation.
When I'm feeling a bit on the rough side, I love to run myself a bath with a bubble bath or bath bomb, pop on a hydrating face mask and soak for a while. You can't beat a Lush bath bomb, they smell gorgeous and I don't find them too drying on my skin. I've recently been loving Origins face masks, and this Drink Up 10 Minute Mask is perfect for what my skin needs.
Whilst I soak, I take a large glass of water and a mint tea, not sure if I'm strange but peppermint tea has been working wonders for my recent hangovers! I've been loving this Pukka Three Mint Tea. I love to give myself an exfoliate using my favourite Soap & Glory body scrub, Sugar Crush and then follow up with the L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil, it's rather expensive for a shower gel but it feels so luxurious and moisturising on the skin.
Once I'm out of the bath, I give my body a thorough moisturise using Garnier Oil Beauty Lotion, this smells amazing and leaves the skin feeling lovely. I also give my feet a moisturise using Soap and Glory's Heel Genius Foot Cream, spending hours on end in stiletto's means they are super achey by the morning and a nice moisturise works wonders!
Then it's time to pop on some comfy lounge wear and watch something fun on TV.
What's your after party routine?
These all look like great products! I love Heel Genius, it's amazing! x
